SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
Program name: FG Professional Services Text Messages.
This messaging program sends messages to customers who have contacted FG Professional Services through our website at https://fgprofessionalservice.com, through our website chat widget, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.
Customer care messages include estimate appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, follow-up on written estimates we have sent, job scheduling and start-date updates, post-service check-ins, and customer support communications.
If you separately and independently consent on the same form, you may also receive marketing messages, such as seasonal reminders and offers. Marketing consent is collected through its own checkbox and is never required in order to receive customer care messages.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an estimate.

Submitting a form requests a conversation about your project; it does not create a service agreement or guarantee an estimate.
Photographs
Photographs labelled as an FG project, including before-and-after comparisons, show work completed by FG Professional Services. Other service photographs are illustrative images and are not represented as photographs of completed FG Professional Services projects.
